Patchworks Farm is a place for kids to learn about animals, the outdoors, and working to make things beautiful. Many of our 'clients' are homeless kids who come out to our farm to ride the horses, care for the chickens, collect eggs, work in the garden, do chores, and help keep the farm beautiful.
